We had fraud charges on our card that was left in the room in a bag that one of the cleaning people must have took and used so now we are out money because of staying at this place

Carol at check in was wonderful. Gave us good tips on places to see. Parking was available and convenient. Within walking distance to all major attractions on Cannery Row

Great location, rooms were a little tired looking compared to the photos they use on their website so we were a little disappointed. Breakfast was good, small room so felt cramped when it got busier but food was nice.
