they started charging for parking. They also brought a lot more disposable single use plastic into their already averagebreakfast service. And when you try to call them, you don't get to actually speak with staff at that location on the phone. It's routed elsewhere. Decreased customer experience overall in many ways. The staff on site are good. Let them be in charge.

Unfortunately, not our favorite Hampton Inn. The hallway carpet needed a vacuuming and the bathroom faucet needed tightening. At night, the smoke detector flashed a bright white light every couple minutes or so. The Inn is off a busy road and the area is a little sketchy. The staff was nice and breakfast was delicious. 5/10 overall.
