The hotel was beautiful and very well maintained. Our room was clean and very comfortable. Staff were great and very friendly checking in. We didn’t eat breakfast because we had to leave before 6:00am to attend a graduation at 8 am in Austin. We got back to room at 3:45 pm and found our room had not been cleaned or bed made up. The house keeper was down the hall sitting in an empty room and on a personal call. Since it was so late and we were so tired my husband asked her for clean towels, coffee filters, cups and condiments for our morning coffee. I made the bed. We left the next morning by 7:30a to head home. We did order room service the second night from Bar Louie. The food was very disappointing. They delivered some of the order but I had to call again to get the fries that came with my hamburger.

The breakfast was phenomenal. I loved being able to start my day with a fresh, healthy meal made right in front of me on the flat-top grill. Everything was hot, customizable, and exactly what I was looking for. One of the biggest conveniences was having everything on-site. During the day, I could easily step out of a meeting and grab a Starbucks coffee without ever leaving the hotel. That level of convenience really stood out. Overall, the experience felt effortless and elevated - great food, great setup, and everything you need all in one place.
