Would have been nice to be able to call the hotel when we were running late, but the AI on the phone did not allow it. Everything else was nice and we are coming back.

Lovely comfortable room, wry helpful staff, great food and a great selection of beers. couple of minor irritations, to barely works, forever pixelating and fan in bathroom didn’t work, resulting in a very steamed up bathroom. Despite these issues we will definitely stay again.

Booked to stay for one night as going to a funeral. Lovely room with good amenities and drink options. The chocolate on the bed was a lovely touch. All the staff were delightful and so welcoming. Went out of their way to help. One item on the menu wasn’t available due to an upcoming menu change but the were happy to give me something else and make it similar for me. The rooms you could see a bit of damp and needs a new coat of paint but I am told this is happening in October. I will definitely be going back if I’m in the area and will recommend to everyone!
