The location was perfect. The room was a basic dorm room with a private bathroom that met my needs. I found the bed hard and the pillow too soft. Of particular note was the delicious buffet food. There were a number of food options and the staff was aware which items were gluten free. They even had gluten free bread!

the breakfast was excellent. loved the hotel room too. very clean rooms and bathroom amenities (to keep) were also provided. 100% would go back and also recommend to other travellers who would like to stay in downtown at an affordable price point. all inclusive, comfortable and safe.

The check in process was quick and they checked us in the midnight with no problems. The breakfast was also really good. Staff always kind.
